These Terms govern your use of JobLens. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use JobLens.
2. What JobLens provides
JobLens provides software for job discovery, career-context organization, application preparation and tracking, AskLens assistance, connected hiring-mail intelligence and browser-based application assistance. Features may change as the service develops.
3. Your account
You are responsible for providing accurate account information, maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and activity performed through your account. Do not share credentials or use another person’s account without authorization. You must promptly tell us if you believe your account has been compromised.
4. Career information and AI outputs
You are responsible for reviewing resumes, applications, messages, recommendations and other outputs before using or submitting them. JobLens is designed to keep application material grounded in information you provide, but AI and automated systems can make mistakes. You must not knowingly use JobLens to misrepresent qualifications, identity or experience.
5. Job listings and hiring outcomes
Job information can originate from third-party sources and may become incomplete, inaccurate, duplicated, changed or unavailable. JobLens does not employ you, make hiring decisions or guarantee interviews, offers, compensation or employment outcomes.
6. Connected services and Browser Companion
When you connect Google, Gmail, Browser Companion or another supported service, you authorize JobLens to use that connection for the purpose described at the time of connection and in the product. You are responsible for complying with the terms of third-party sites you use. Browser Companion assistance does not remove your responsibility to review an application before submitting it.
7. Trials, subscriptions and payments
Where paid access is offered, pricing, trial terms, billing period and payment details will be shown before you subscribe. Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions continue for the stated billing period until cancelled. Applicable payment-provider and refund terms may also apply. Your account and stored data may remain available even if paid access ends, subject to the service’s retention and deletion rules.
8. Acceptable use
You may not use JobLens to break the law; access accounts or data without permission; submit fraudulent or deceptive applications; interfere with the service; probe or bypass security controls; distribute malware; scrape or overload JobLens in an abusive manner; or use the service in a way that violates the rights of another person.
9. Intellectual property
JobLens, Lens branding, software, interfaces and original product materials are owned by or licensed to the operator of the Lens ecosystem. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the service to you. You retain rights you have in the resumes, profile information and other content you provide.
10. Third-party services
JobLens can link to employers, applicant-tracking systems, Google services, payment providers and other third parties. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. JobLens is not responsible for third-party availability, content or decisions.
11. Disclaimers
JobLens is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not make guarantees that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular recommendation, job listing, AI output or hiring outcome will be accurate or successful.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, JobLens and the operators of the Lens ecosystem will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the service, third-party hiring decisions, unavailable job postings, external websites or reliance on automated outputs. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
13. Suspension and termination
You can stop using JobLens and may delete your account through Settings. We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, abuse, non-payment, legal compliance or material violation of these Terms.
14. Changes
We may update JobLens and these Terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating this page and, where appropriate, by providing additional notice. Continued use after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
