These Terms govern your use of JobLens. By creating an account, starting a trial, subscribing or otherwise using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use JobLens.
2. What JobLens provides
JobLens is a digital software-as-a-service product for job discovery, professional-context organization, application preparation and tracking, AskLens assistance, connected hiring-mail intelligence and browser-based application assistance. Features may change as the service develops.
3. Digital delivery
JobLens is delivered electronically through https://jobs.asklens.in. No physical goods are sold or shipped. Trial access begins after you choose to start it. Paid access begins after successful payment verification and subscription activation. See the Delivery & Shipping Policy for details.
4. Your account
You are responsible for accurate account information, keeping credentials secure and activity performed through your account. Do not share credentials or use another person's account without authorization. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
5. Career information and AI outputs
You are responsible for reviewing resumes, applications, messages, recommendations and other outputs before using or submitting them. JobLens is designed to ground application materials in information you provide, but AI and automated systems can make mistakes. JobLens provides informational assistance, not legal, financial, recruitment or employment advice. You must not knowingly use JobLens to misrepresent qualifications, identity or experience.
6. Job listings and hiring outcomes
Job information can originate from third-party sources and may become incomplete, inaccurate, duplicated, changed or unavailable. JobLens does not employ you, make hiring decisions or guarantee interviews, offers, compensation or employment outcomes.
7. Connected services and Browser Companion
Google sign-in, Gmail and Browser Companion are optional, separate connections. When you enable one, you authorize JobLens to use it for the purposes disclosed in the product and Privacy Policy. Gmail sending remains user-directed and requires final approval. Browser Companion assistance does not remove your responsibility to review an application before submission. You are responsible for complying with the terms of third-party sites you use.
8. Trials, pricing and subscriptions
JobLens currently offers one paid product. For customers offered India pricing, the current price is ₹999 per month, as shown on the Pricing page and at checkout. A seven-day free trial is available to eligible users. Starting the trial alone does not create a charge.
You may voluntarily subscribe before starting the trial or during an active trial. If you subscribe during the trial, paid access begins immediately after successful payment and activation and replaces any remaining free-trial access. JobLens does not schedule the paid subscription to begin after the trial.
Paid subscriptions recur monthly until cancelled. The price, billing period and payment details shown at checkout control the transaction. Payments are processed through Razorpay under applicable provider terms.
9. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel a paid subscription through the available account billing controls. Cancellation stops future renewal, and paid access generally continues until the end of the already-paid billing period. Subscription charges are generally non-refundable after the paid service period begins, subject to the Refund & Cancellation Policy and rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
10. Acceptable use
You may not use JobLens to break the law; access accounts or data without permission; submit fraudulent or deceptive applications; interfere with the service; probe or bypass security controls; distribute malware; scrape or overload JobLens abusively; infringe another person's rights; or misuse connected services or third-party sites.
11. Intellectual property and third-party services
JobLens, Lens branding, software, interfaces and original product materials are owned by or licensed to the operator of the Lens ecosystem. You retain rights you have in content you provide. JobLens can connect or link to employers, applicant-tracking systems, Google, OpenAI, Razorpay and other third parties. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices.
12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
JobLens is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that any recommendation, job listing, AI output or hiring outcome will be accurate or successful. JobLens and the operators of the Lens ecosystem will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from the service, third-party hiring decisions, external sites or automated outputs. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
13. Suspension and termination
You may stop using JobLens, cancel paid renewal and permanently delete your account through Settings. We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, abuse, non-payment, legal compliance or material violation of these Terms. Account deletion is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
14. Applicable user rights
Nothing in these Terms limits consumer, privacy, refund or other rights that cannot be waived under applicable law. If a mandatory local rule conflicts with these Terms, that rule applies to the extent required.
15. Changes
We may update JobLens and these Terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating this page and, where appropriate, providing additional notice. Continued use after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
