JobLens is a digital software-as-a-service job-search and professional-intelligence product. It is accessed electronically through https://jobs.asklens.in.
2. How access is delivered
Account and eligible trial access are provided online. Paid access is enabled electronically after successful payment verification and subscription activation. No download, physical shipment or delivery appointment is required.
3. Connected features
Some optional features, including Google sign-in, Gmail and Browser Companion, require separate user authorization or setup. Those permissions are not granted automatically by purchasing a JobLens subscription.
4. Activation problems
If a payment succeeds but paid access is not activated, email support@asklens.in or use the JobLens Contact page with the account email, approximate charge date and a description of the problem. Do not send card details, passwords or one-time codes. JobLens will review its billing and activation records.
5. No physical shipping
JobLens does not sell or ship physical goods. There are no shipping charges, courier services, tracking numbers, physical delivery locations or shipping timelines.
